You might recognize this song and dance as the one from “relations” in the Idolm@ster game but the model is a bit… different. It seems like this video is from the mentally deranged shogun series. Someone apparently made a MMD model of a shogun and I must say that it is one of the better ones I’ve seen. The stage is also pretty. Oh and don’t forget the camera work! Idolm@ster is the Xbox360, PSP and Nintendo DS game where you as a manager takes care of an upcoming idol. You make her practice singing, dancing and give her advice so that she can bloom and become a the best of the best. The original game is really really popular in Japan and there is a whole industry behind the downloadable dresses and other accessories. People are known to spend many hundreds of euros on this game… just to make the girls look their best.

This game… is now getting a real sequel on Xbox360!

The line between moé and perversion is a hard one to draw. Some would say that you already are perverted if you are drawn to a 2D world. Others would mean that moé is just some kind of soft porn. I have a hard time agreeing, but I cannot disagree. Especially after watching this video.
