ゲッダン is a meme based on 広瀬香美 (Hirose Kohmi)’s song Promise. The meme started on nicovideo as a character turning and moving chaotic and time to time fluctuating his hips to the music. It’s has now spread and as many other memes, been adapted to many other characters.
Nitori Kawashiro is a character from the Touhou world. She is a kappa that can manipulate water and is an engineer. Although I just think that she’s really cute☆
