Lucky☆Star – The music remixed

I must admit that even though many fans of anime and manga enjoy the humor in the series Lucky☆Star, I myself have trouble finding it interesting. Though, there is one thing about the series that has made me enjoying it anyway. The music! Especially the remixes!
People remix music all the time, but haven’t really seen an explosion of different variations on the main theme of one series like this before. The main theme itself is very moe, with cheerleaders and the quirky dance and all and it’s very enjoyable to both listen to and watch. There are some remixes of the character songs that are released on various Lucky☆Star albums too, like the one below. They the have the same feeling as the main OP, so check it out!
Speaking of listening; did you guys know that some anime shows have radio shows too? It’s common for shows to have character CDs with short stories on them, like audiobooks, but real radio shows is something new for me. Lucky☆Star has a concept in the show called Lucky☆Channel which basically is a panel with a hyper-girl (Akira-sama) and a quite mature but fanatic guy (Shiraishi), making comments on the show itself. This concept has become a stand-alone radio show and is now on its second season called “New Lucky☆Channel”!
I enjoy it very much and you should listen to it if you know Japanese and enjoy nerdy humor. (￣∇￣*)
