Project Diva is a music-game published by SEGA that uses both vocaloid 3D-models and songs. The game has been released recently, and people have been playing it for a couple of hours. But, nicovideo users are fast and I think I’ve found the first uploaded video where the built-in edit function has been used to make a custom PV!

Not so good, but it’s a start!
I wonder if the game has a greenscreen function so you can capture video and put the characters in any setting you want. Idolm@ster did this, and that just made the community explode with creative stuff.

This chalboard-based Hatsune Miku PV is surely one of the more original music videos I’ve ever seen coming out of the vocaloid-genre. It seems like it may be inspired by similar videos, such as this Firekites music video or this Arctic Monkeys video, but it’s hard to say.
The only comment left by the creator is that he “doesn’t understand why chalkboards doesn’t have layers…”, but check out his other videos if you like what you see.

I love the spinning twin-tails☆

Seems like there is a MAD event coming up soon and this is one of the entries!
EDIT: And it seems like Youtube failed on this one. For some reason the video got played back in 1/2 the speed. Watch it on nico instead!

It seems like this h-game opening will get as many remixes as there are memes, and now it’s time for salt to take the stage (!?). I first imagined that only Hakata-tan would be part of this, but no, it’s much more than that, involving salts from all over Japan. This is a video for true salt-fans and lovers all around the world! It even includes some of the gameplay!
What kind of salt makes you go moé the most?

Forget Megpoid or Macne Nana, here’s MINGOSloid or codename “BST-72-CHIHAYA”!
It’s a vocaloid-type of software made by using Chihaya Kisaragi (如月千早), or rather her voice actresses, MINGOS a.k.a. Asami Imai (今井麻美) voice. And it’s excellent. Mostly because it sounds more mature and less ear-shrieking childish than other sample-based vocaloid:ish software.
The song, originally by Crystal Kay, is pretty good too!
More like this, please!
